La Griglia di Varrone was born from the passion of Massimo Minutelli and from the shock during a trip to Spain, by the brilliant Asador Etxebarri. The first restaurant opens in Lucca, followed by Milan. Places sincerely dedicated to good food, raw materials and its presentation in a menu that does not wink at fashions, but at the passions of its creator.
